IP Transit deployment process

  1. 01

    Price estimate

    As you configure your IP transit request, you’ll see an estimated price. We then review your requirements and check resource availability.

  2. 02

    Tailored offer

    Within 1 working day, our team will provide you with a customized final quote that reflects your specific needs and our port availability in the chosen facility.

  3. 03

    Authorized to connect (LoA)

    Once you’ve approved the offer and completed payment, we issue a Letter of Authorization (LoA) to connect your network infrastructure to our port. At this point, you will order a cross-connect from your data center provider.

  4. 04

    Cross-connect setup

    As soon as your cross-connect is ready, please send us an official completion notice.

    We will connect our side within 3 business days to ensure everything is operational.

  5. 05

    Network configuration

    Once we detect the incoming signal, our engineers configure your networking within 2 business days.

    We’ll confirm when your IP transit is fully up and running.
