  • 16 transit providers
  • 99.99% SLA
  • 34 data center locations

Low latencies & Zero packet loss

Our network is capable of sustaining low latencies, zero packet loss, and no saturation – especially during peak times. We achieve this through real‑time network monitoring, daily routing adjustments, and use the of multiple Tier 1 transit carriers coupled with 140+ private peerings.

Private European backbone

Our European locations are interconnected by multiple 100GE private backbone circuits, allowing us to provide carrier‑level network performance in terms of latency, packet loss, and routing quality.

Last mile connectivity monitoring

Our monitoring system constantly checks whether your traffic is being routed through the best performing path. This ensures consistently fast data delivery all the way to your end users, regardless of where they’re located.

Unshared uplink capacity

Each DataPacket server is deployed with either 1 x 10GE, 2 x 10GE, or 2 x 40GE unshared uplinks. Higher up the infrastructure chain, we connect to our transit providers via multiple 100GE ports.

Direct access

to Tier 1 carriers and major ISPs worldwide

16 transit providers

Thanks to direct access to a diverse mix of connectivity providers and Tier 1 carriers at major internet hubs, we guarantee premium IP transit worldwide.

140+ private peerings

Service features

To support your infrastructure environment, we provide the following set of features.

Secure IPMI access

Each DataPacket server comes with IPMI for convenient remote management. To provide enhanced security, our IPMI interface is only accessible via our internal VPN.

Free internal network

DataPacket provides a private unmetered connection between your servers within the same data center. This service is free and available in all of our locations.

DDoS protection

Available in all of our 34 locations, our proprietary DDoS protection solution comes with 1-click deployment and is capable of mitigating attacks of all types and sizes.

IP announcements

If you have your own IP space, you can use the addresses with our servers via a BGP session.

Client panel

Our browser-based client panel provides a friendly interface for
managing your service on all of your devices.

Monitor and evaluate your bandwidth usage broken down by peaks, the 95th percentile, and the amount of data transferred. These statistics are available for any given period.

Besides rebooting your machine and turning it on/off, you can also view detailed server information or monitor the total CPU, RAM, disk or network resource usage.

Deploy either Ubuntu or Debian with predefined RAID configurations and partitioning schemes. If you require a different OS or a custom configuration, we’re happy to get it done for you.

Instant Delivery allows you to choose in real-time from hundreds of configurations currently available worldwide. Initial OS installation and server setup are provided free of charge.

Server hardware

We offer a range of CPUs to satisfy all types of workloads. By default, we use Intel E‑2236s and dual Silver 4210s. For your heaviest lifting, we can deploy AMD’s 64‑core EPYC 7702P.

Looking for a custom CPU model, extra NVMe drives or an HDD array for mass storage? No problem – just let us know!

Dedicated Sales team

Besides providing technical assistance, there’s a lot more we can do for you – and that’s where our Sales team comes in. Whether you need to spec up/down, upgrade your bandwidth plan, or even ship a custom server halfway around the globe, we always deliver.

Outage mitigation

Even with an 99.99% uptime SLA, outages happen. When they do, we make them less of an inconvenience by immediately informing you about what exactly is going on, what we’re doing to fix it, and how we’ll prevent it from happening again.

120-minute hardware replacements

Preparation is the best defense, which is why we keep enough spare components in each data center. Thanks to that, the average time frame for a component replacement is under 120  minutes.
